Travel Nursing Job Details

- Start Date: August 17, 2025
- End Date: March 31, 2026
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
- Contract Duration: 32 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,830–$3,030 per week
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time Labor & Delivery RN experience (within last 3 years)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- ACLS certification
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
- Preferred: 5+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience (within last 2 years)
- Preferred: 1 year of high-risk labor and delivery experience (within last 2 years)
- Preferred: High Risk OB experience
Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver expert clinical care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit
- Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and obstetric emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
